It has good chemical compatibility, strong corrosion resistance, large filtration area, and strong pollutant carrying capacity. It has a wide range of applications and can be used in microelectronics, life sciences, medical industry, chemical industry, water treatment, high-end food and beverage industries, and other fields. The drying requirements for the filter element are high, and the moisture content after drying needs to be reduced to 3-5 parts per thousand. However, due to factors such as the closed plastic shell of the filter element and poor thermal conductivity of the plastic, the traditional drying method currently used is difficult to transfer heat to the inside. The shortest drying time is 20 hours. If one end of the filter rod is closed, the time will be extended to 60-100 hours, which is high in energy consumption, low in efficiency, and easy to cause pollution, seriously affecting the speed of product delivery and the economic benefits of the enterprise.
